Executive Administrative Assistant

As the Executive Administrative Assistant for Rise Up, Jo Ann provides support to Rise Up’s Executive Director and coordinates logistics for global conferences and events. Jo Ann joined the team in July 2020 and has an extensive administrative background supporting executives in both corporate and non-profit sectors. At Rise Up, Jo Ann furthers her commitment to the advancement of girls’ and women’s health, having previously worked with Stanford Child Health Research Institute and served on Stanford’s Community Advisory Board. Jo Ann is working toward her bachelor of arts in Business Administration at Ohlone College. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her family, cooking, and exercising.
