Grants and Contracts Manager

As grants and contracts manager, Juana is responsible for Rise Up’s administrative functions. She has over 10 years of organizational and community outreach experience, including work as a bilingual counselor in public health, specifically serving parents whose babies were born with sickle cell trait. Her passion for her work stems from being part of a team that is changing lives and making positive impacts worldwide. Aside from her work, Juana enjoys spending time with her son, photography, independent films, and trying new foods. One of Juana’s dreams is to travel to Italy to photograph its beautiful architecture and sip cappuccinos.
