
Acting Executive Director/Policy and Advocacy Strategist, Advocacy Hub for Women Adolescent and Children Initiative
Adenike is a public health and social development leader with over 24 years of experience advancing gender equity, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH) across Nigeria and Africa. As Policy and Advocacy Strategist and Acting Executive Director at A-H4WAC, she provides strategic leadership to design evidence-driven, community-focused programs that influence policy, strengthen systems, and improve health outcomes for women, girls, and gender-diverse populations.
Dedicated to social justice and SRHR, Adenike drives policy reform, accountability, and leadership opportunities. She holds master’s degrees in public health and social work and has received multiple awards, including a Special Recognition Award from Management Sciences for Health, an Award of Excellence from Lagos State Ministry of Health, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Public Health/West African Institute of Public Health.
