Board of Directors, Trans-E-Motion

Alejandro has been volunteering with Trans-E-Motion (TEM) for five years. He served as a Board Member at Large in 2020 and currently volunteers by co-facilitating the support groups and monthly socials. Alejandro is a programs coordinator for a local nonprofit that works with young, gay, bi, and trans men in health education and empowerment. He has done lots of advocacy work surrounding gender-affirming healthcare access and homelessness affecting queer & trans communities alongside TEM and other local nonprofits. Alejandro is the Chair of Fresno Madera Continuum of Care’s Lived Experience Advisory Board (LEAB), working on making sure queer and trans voices are heard in programs that serve people experiencing homelessness.
