Founder and Director, Liberate a Soul (LAS)

Matshepo founded Liberate a Soul to create a culture of zero tolerance toward sexual harassment. She has designed and developed a number of anti-sexual harassment interventions and strategies for employers, employees, and learners both in the workplace as well as in the schooling environment across South Africa.

As South Africa tackles high rates of sexual harassment and gender-based violence, LAS is actively implementing strategies to reduce incidents of sexual harassment across the country. Matshepo holds a bachelor’s and master’s in business leadership and is a PRINCE2 certified practitioner.
