Ankita Rawat is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and rights, comprehensive sexuality education, and access to sexual and reproductive health services. Before joining the Youth Champions Initiative, she managed the “Know Your Body, Know Your Rights” program at YP Foundation that advances SRHR of young people by increasing their access to information and services. Ankita lead the program’s peer eductors, and advanced the implementation of comprehensive sexuality education programs in Delhi. She has a Bachelor of Technology degree from the University at Rajasthan, India
The project goal is to increase demand to access youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health services by using digital storytelling as a platform. Towards this goal, they will work with 15 young people from India’s capital to articulate, raise awareness and build support for youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health and rights services.
