Anu believes that women’s productivity at work could improve if they are given the right environment and opportunities. Having survived sexual harassment at the workplace, she recognizes the lack of redress in the legal and justice system for women in the informal sector. She aims to create safety and protection for women from sexual harassment at the workplace, end biases against women, and build awareness among women of their rights.

As a behavior change communication specialist, Anu has worked on projects to apply branding for behavior change and social impact. She conducts behavior change workshops, designs communication with brands, and advocates for the rights of women at work. She has a degree in political science and a master’s in business administration.
