Aparna Singh is a social development professional who has worked with grassroots organizations for more than 20 years. In her current role with Joining Hands NGO, an organization focused on women’s and youth empowerment, she is responsible for overall program implementation. She has extensive experience in supporting vulnerable girls and women and advocating for their rights. She also has experience working with interdisciplinary teams and with a diverse range of clients. Her areas of interest and expertise include governance, gender and social inclusion, as well as training and program management. She is a licensed counselor, with post-graduate training in psychology from Delhi University and a postgraduate degree in counseling and guidance from Annamalai University.
