Avik has over nine years of experience working on children’s rights and gender programs for various national and international organizations. He is passionate about child rights and gender equality and believes that constructing spaces for experiential education is the most effective way to empower adolescent girls. He also has a keen interest in designing programs that impact his community on a large scale. Avik has a Master of Science in Rural Management and is a PRINCE2 certified professional. He is also co-author of Empowerment of Tribal Women Through Self Help Groups.
