Founder, Their Voice Foundation | Rwanda
Benithe Isingizwe is a highly dedicated youth activist and social entrepreneur. She is the founder of the youth organization, Their Voice Foundation, which strives to prevent teenage pregnancies and poverty by addressing sexual and reproductive health and rights and entrepreneurship skills. Benithe became pregnant at the age of 20, and she realized that she was in the unique position to help adolescents and youth to address the issues of their sexuality and poverty. She is passionate about gender equality and promoting entrepreneurship for girls, women, and youth. Benithe holds an advanced diploma in information technology and has been recognized as a Youth Champion at AEGIS TRUST Rwanda, a Woman Innovator at DOT Rwanda, and earned a Highly Commended Team award from Victoria University of Wellington.
