Blanca Laura is a dedicated advocate for women’s human rights, with a focus on migrant women. She’s an attorney with a master’s in public administration and also holds certifications in victimology, justice procurement with a gender perspective, human rights, and political empowerment. Her experience includes roles as a litigation attorney, Municipal Human Rights Coordinator in Villa de Reyes, and Migrant Liaison with the National Institute of Migration.
Blanca Laura has been active in leading workshops on human rights, access to justice, and violence, aimed at migrant women. She has supported them through immigration regularization processes and helped file complaints of violence, achieving positive outcomes in numerous court cases. Recognized for her impact, Blanca Laura was named Potosí Woman of the Year in 2019.
