Carolina is a psychologist, researcher, and professor at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (UASLP). She coordinates projects aimed at promoting gender equality, eradicating violence, and expanding access to knowledge and science for girls, young women, and women. Driven by her passion for research, Carolina collaborates with several higher education institutions and is an active member of the Science, Technology, and Gender Network A.C., where she advocates for the professional development of women in science. She holds a PhD in psychology and a Master’s in gender public policy. Carolina also facilitates restorative circles to foster a culture of peace in education.
