
Education Specialist, Centro de Derechos Humanos de Las Mujeres
Cristina Cota is an activist and advocate for women’s rights. For eight years, she has worked at the Centro de Derechos Humanos de Las Mujeres (CEDEHM) in the education department, organizing courses, workshops, and events for women, girls, boys, adolescents, victims of forced displacement, families of missing persons, human rights defenders, journalists, public officials, and others. She seeks to empower women to break free from the cycle of violence. Cristina is a graduate of the fifth class of the Feminist Training School and has participated in multiple training programs and workshops on human rights, gender-based violence, digital security, and related topics.
