Cynthia is a Health and Community Development Advocate leveraging technology to empower women and girls. As the Founder of Development Centre for Orientation, Discovery and Empowerment (DeCODE) and a Women Techmakers Ambassador, she leads initiatives promoting menstrual health, mental well-being, GBV prevention, and women’s economic empowerment through advocacy, education, and digital innovation.

Deeply committed to social justice, education, and SRHR, Cynthia drives programs that help women and girls access opportunities and live with dignity. With over nine years in community advocacy, she has received global recognition, including acknowledgment from Menstrual Health Global for advancing menstrual equity and girls’ empowerment.
