Supervisor, Colectiva Feminista de Cedral

Mariana Díaz is an attorney and women’s rights activist, currently involved in the Colectiva Feminista de Cedral and working for the City Council of Cedral, S.L.P. She promotes and defends the human rights of women, girls, youth, and people with disabilities. She has a law degree from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, with professional experience at the Mexican Lawyers Bar Foundation and the Cyrus R. Vance Center. Mariana was a Youth Counselor of the Potosino Youth Institute (2019-2022), a Congresswoman of the Youth Parliament in 2021, and recently selected for the Fourth Women’s Parliament “Josefa Morales Meza” of the Congress of the State of San Luis Potosí.
