Deborah is a human rights and digital advocate focused on technology and digital empowerment. As leader at the Women in Innovation and Tech Initiative, she supports marginalized women and gender-nonconforming individuals through digital literacy, tech access, and safe community initiatives. She leverages innovation to advance social justice, education, SRHR, and climate equity. Deborah is a mobile app and web developer with expertise in digital marketing and holds an advanced certificate in the field. She has been recognized by OutRight International for her contributions to equity, digital inclusion, and empowerment of women and girls.
