Senior Social Worker, People Opposing Women Abuse
Dipuo Innocentia Thobejane provides psychosocial support, including one-on-one counseling and support groups to women and girls who are victims of domestic violence and any type of abuse or violence, with the aim of helping victims become survivors. Dipuo also provides continuous education to women and girls about human rights, gender-based violence, and related matters through schools and community organizations. Dipuo is committed to challenging spaces that ostracize and place women in unfavorable circumstances, and working toward a society that does not tolerate any form of violence against women and girls.
Dipuo holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Social Work and is registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions.
