Program Leader, Seva Mandir

Dr. Chhavi Gupta is a gold-medalist scholar and award-winning education leader with over 16 years of experience advancing equity in learning. As Program Leader in Education at Seva Mandir, she champions girls’ education in rural and tribal communities, leading programs that promote STEM, digital literacy, life skills, and equitable learning opportunities.

Holding a Ph.D., Dr. Gupta has led initiatives with Seva Mandir, UNICEF, RSCERT, and Azim Premji Foundation, integrating research, innovation, and community engagement. A founding member of the Single Women’s Forum in Himachal Pradesh, she also mentors women returning to work and sponsors girls’ education. Her work combines personal experience, research, and advocacy to transform classrooms, communities, and policies, fostering gender equality and empowerment.
