Dr. Sandeep Kumar Meel is a researcher and development professional with over 10 years of experience in education, gender equality, and empowerment of marginalized communities. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan in 2020 and has previously served as a State Consultant for the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) and as a Fellow with the Azim Premji Foundation, focusing on curriculum development, teacher training, and field research.

Sandeep’s work prioritizes Dalit women, emphasizing education as a transformative tool. His book on women’s issues has received the Ladli Media Award. Through research, capacity building, and program implementation, he contributes to systemic change that advances gender equity and social justice.
