Drsika is a community activist and coordinator who leads 8 staff and 15 local women leaders from the community to eliminate child labor, while helping to increase the livelihood of women. She also leads a project in Bikaner for skill development among adolescent girls to improve access to job opportunities and support capacity building by taking up social issues to resolve. She is a passionate advocate for the rights of women and gender equity. Drsika is an economics honors graduate and holds a diploma in liberal studies.
