Ebony Chambers McClinton

Chief Equity and Partnership Officer, Stanford Sierra Youth and Families

Ebony is the Chief Equity and Youth Partnership Officer at Stanford Sierra Youth and Families and Board President of Black Womxn United. She has over 20 years of experience working in the areas of equity, education, mental health, and diversity. In her current role, Ebony provides oversight of advocacy, training, building community partnerships, and community planning and engagement. She ensures diverse voices are involved in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programming. Ebony is deeply committed to the education, empowerment, and advancement of all Black womxn and girls and envisions a community where all Black womxn and girls are equipped to lead and have equity in wellbeing, education, and economic empowerment. Ebony has been recognized as a 2022 Sacramento Bee Black Change Maker and 2023 Sacramento Business Journal Diversity Equity and Inclusion Honoree.
