Elsa is the Regional Coordinator of the project Prevention and Gender Based Violence Reduction of the Regional Sexual Health Observatory. Her job is to empower girls 7-17 years old in four different departments on leadership and well-being. She documents cases of very young adolescents who become pregnant as victims of rape, and guides their reporting and follow up. Elsa is a psychologist with a specialization in Gender and Citizenship.
