Grants & Agreements Manager

Possessing over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Emma has dedicated her career to advocating for social and racial equity while supporting families, children, and communities in need globally. In her previous role, Emma served as a lead associate and grants and contracts administrator in Battle Creek, MI. Her background includes experience in the international sector, financial planning, and the development of systems and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Emma holds an Associate of Arts with a concentration in Business Fundamentals from the University of Phoenix and certificates in project management, training management, and team building. In her current position as Grants & Agreements Manager, she collaborates closely with programs around the world and engages with various teams within Rise Up Together to assist in the processing and execution of grants and contracts. In Emma’s free time, she enjoys shopping, kayaking, biking, and traveling to sunny beach destinations.
