Emmanuel works with Amana, where he serves as the Program Manager. Part of his duties are to mobilize and generate demand by carrying out advocacy visits, sensitizing the community about prevention of mother-child transmission of HIV/AIDS, the need for community HTC and the importance of accessing community health facilities before and after delivery. He manages, coordinates and trains volunteers on PMTCT and HTC in order to militate the effect of HIV/AIDS among pregnant women. He also works with caregivers and their vulnerable children in their rural community.
