Emmanuel is the National Director of Save Lives Liberia. He also holds several certificates in human rights and peace studies from the Peace Operation Training Institute and the United States Institute of Peace. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of Liberia. Emmanuel is currently pursuing his Master in Human Rights from the Atlantic International University based in the USA.
