Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Stanislaus Latino Giving Circle. She is also a part-time instructor for California State University of Stanislaus and works for Blue Shield of California as a Community Engagement Manager. Erica holds a double Bachelor’s in Communication and Gender Studies from California State University, Stanislaus, and an MA in Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California. Erica has received various awards including Modesto Bee’s 20 Under 40 leaders and Citizen of the Year in 2022 by Love Stanislaus County.
