Director of Development, Cre8innovations
Erin is an animal lover, avid golfer, and a formerly incarcerated student from Oakland, California. She graduated with honors from Foothill Community College in 2020, majoring in business administration, and will complete her legal studies degree at UC Berkeley this fall. As Development Director for Cre8Innovations, Erin supports formerly incarcerated students. She has been a leader in UC Berkeley’s Underground Scholars Initiative (USI) for three years, serving in various roles including Treasurer, where she secured over $200,000 for the Underground Scholars Wellness Fund. As an Underground Scholars Policy Fellow, Erin contributed to advocacy that resulted in $4 million annual funding from the California legislature, expanding the program to all undergraduate UC campuses across the state. Erin aims to grow Cre8Innovations similarly, offering financial literacy training and affordable housing to formerly incarcerated individuals across the University of California system.
