Ciudadanos Empoderados en Movimiento / CEMAC (Empowered Citizens Moving)

Esmeralda is the President of Ciudadanos Empoderados en Movimiento, an organization that promotes, informs, and trains young men and women in the state of San Luis Potosi on human rights with a gender perspective. Her work is dedicated to empowering women and promoting citizen participation. Esmeralda was a consultant at the State Congress and has a bachelor’s degree in public administration.
