Felicia Espinosa

Felicia is a dedicated advocate for her clients and her community. She has fought for social justice and gender equity in education, the workplace, and in the criminal justice system. In her current role, she leads the Fresno Reentry Women’s Employment Initiative, which provides comprehensive wraparound reentry services focused on the unique needs of Black and Latina women with criminal records in Fresno County.

She also serves her community by sitting on the Board of Directors for Fresno Barrios Unidos (FBU) and provides pro bono services with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND), handling asylum cases on behalf of unaccompanied children. Felicia received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she double majored in women’s studies and comparative literature.
