Francis is the Executive Director for Youth Coalition for the Consolidation of Democracy in Malawi, working with the children, youth and women in areas of child development and protection, SRHR, gender and inclusive women and youth participation and representation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a bachelor of Public Administration.
