Francis is the Program Officer for the Center for Justice and Peace Studies (CJPS) in Liberia. He is responsible for developing programs around advocacy for the inclusion of youth in decision-making structures, livelihood skill development for adolescent girls, and psychotherapeutic sessions for youth in school. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Liberia.
