Chief of Staff, Generation Up (GENup)

Genavieve is a college student who has been working towards education reform and equity for 4 years. In her current role, she is the Chief of Staff for the K-12 education branch of Generation Up, a 100% youth-led nonprofit dedicated to educational equity. She believes that working to reform education, public health, and housing policies, and empowering people to advocate and mobilize for their own needs, will lay the groundwork for women and youth – especially girls and gender nonconforming people – to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Genavieve is a rising senior at UC San Diego, where she majors in neuroscience and public policy.
