Founder and Executive Director, Omom Elite CBO

Glain Naneu Kimer is a passionate aviator, gender advocate, and the Founder of Omom Elite CBO, an organization that works to dismantle harmful social norms and promote inclusive opportunities for marginalized groups in Kajiado County. With a degree in Civil Aviation Management and over 100 logged flight hours, she’s on track to become one of the few commercial pilots from Kajiado County. In addition to her aviation career, Glain is deeply committed to community development and social justice. Glain leads grassroots efforts in mentorship, SRHR, and policy advocacy for girls and young women. She has served on regional platforms including She Leads Kenya and the Girls and Young Women Summit hosted by FEMNET, and was 2nd runner-up for the She Awards’ “Founder of the Year Under 30.”
