Guadalupe is the National President of the Asociación Nacional Cívica Femenina and an activist who channels the energy and talent of young and adult women in Mexico to become advocates for laws and policies that promote equity and justice. She encourages women’s participation in decision making spaces so that women can live free from violence. Guadalupe has a bachelor’s degree in administration, a diploma in public policies with a gender perspective, and is a national coordinator for the School of Political Advocacy for Women Leaders.
