Project Coordinator, Ciudad Juárez, Juntos, Una Experiencia Compartida, A.C.

Guadalupe Sánchez Arias is a clinical psychologist and social project coordinator based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. She currently leads the Juntos, A.C. project, where she develops innovative strategies to strengthen community and educational development for people and women with disabilities through local leadership. Her work is informed by professional training, lived experience in vulnerable contexts, and a deep commitment to social transformation. She promotes the leadership of women, girls, and non-binary people and has strengthened her work through certifications in international education and transformational leadership. Her experience enables her to design projects that foster safe spaces and meaningful opportunities for community development.
