Habibatu is a community development leader and Project Manager at the Ondugbe Initiative for Women and Girls with Disabilities, where she implements programs that advocate for the inclusion and empowerment of vulnerable populations. She advocates for gender equity in healthcare, education, climate adaptation, employment, and social participation, and co-authored “Too Young to Marry” to raise awareness on adolescent marriage.
A graduate of microbiology, Habibatu began volunteering in university, promoting digital literacy, social inclusion, and menstrual health. Her impactful volunteer work has earned multiple certificates of recognition, reflecting her commitment to building inclusive communities and advancing opportunities for vulnerable populations.
