Halima is a Program Associate at the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Waslala in Nicaragua. She works with women and girl survivors of violence and supports them in the process of becoming entrepreneurs in rural Nicaragua. She has volunteered with different organizations and has a special interest in youth leadership and effective community radio communication. She has a degree in Sociology with a minor in Autonomy from URACCAN University.
