Heera Devi is a community motivator and always advocates for the rights of girls. She is currently facilitating and promoting village level vocational training for girls on stitching, embroidery, and handicraft items so that girls can become financially independent.

She is a staunch supporter of girl child education and has been motivating girls and convincing parents to allow their daughters to pursue higher education so that they are empowered and can contribute to society.

Heera herself is a deft craftswoman capable of organizing and managing vocational training. However, she understands the importance of education as well and wishes to support village girls in pursuing higher education, obtaining government jobs, and becoming financially independent.
