Hesboners is deep expertise in community mobilization and capacity building on issues of health and gender empowerment. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Deaf Empowerment Kenya. He has a Diploma in Community Health from the IT School of Public Health at Maseno University and a Certificate in Key Population Programming from NASCOP. He is pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health at Mount Kenya University.
