Foundation for Moral Value Orientation

Iretiola is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Moral Value Orientation, an organization focusing on value orientation and education. She graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in Geography and Planning, starting her career in real estate and business. After many years in the real estate industry building her skills in negotiation, business planning, management, and strategic planning, Iretiola realized her passion to drive social change and equality. She decided to build her skills as a public speaking and community engagement coach and began working to encourage citizen participation in governance, empower women, and increase opportunities for marginalized populations. Through the Foundation for Moral Value Orientation, Iretiola has been able to work at the community and local government level on initiatives surrounding gender equality, income generation, and advocacy for good governance.
