Jacqueline is the Vice President of Impact Strategies at United Way Bay Area, where she leads cross-sector initiatives to address social inequities through collaborative, data-driven decision-making that centers the most impacted communities. With over 15 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping nonprofit and public agencies use data to drive equitable impact and inclusive community development. Her goal is to lead collective impact efforts that break down barriers to economic empowerment, housing justice, and access to essential services for women and girls in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jacqueline’s expertise lies in leveraging data-driven insights to scale impact, bridge social inequities, and address the root causes of systemic challenges. In addition to her role at United Way Bay Area, Jacqueline serves as a faculty member at California State University, East Bay. She holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
