James is the founder and Chairman of Community Empowerment and Sustainable Program (CESP) Inc. He works closely with the secretariat to ensure effectiveness, productivity, transparency, and accountability in their work.  He has 25 years of experience in program administration, management, and governance. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the Global University USA, AA degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Education, and advance diplomas in Social Work, Diplomacy, Leadership, and Conflict Management.
