Janice served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Research Officer and Policy Analyst at the Governance Commission, and Coordinator with several international nonprofit organizations where she developed programs to address issues of health, population growth, and rural-urban migration. She is a graduate of the Stella Maris Polytechnic in Liberia with an Associate of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and has an advanced postgraduate certificate in research and non-profit management from Worldwatch Institute and Atlas Corps in Washington, DC.  Janice will obtain a Masters in Population and Development from the London School of Economics in London, United Kingdom in 2015.
