Program Director, The Race and Gender Equity Project

Janne’ is the Program Director at The Race and Gender Equity Project (RAGE), where she oversees three core programs serving youth ages 13-26. With over 10 years of experience in recruiting, mentoring youth, and facilitating workshops, Janne’ has developed expertise in program management and event coordination. In her role, Janne’ is responsible for facilitating youth engagement, managing operations, and researching and reporting impact. She also supports RAGE’s Restful Leadership initiative and coaching/consulting work. Janne’ is deeply committed to curating inclusive and equitable spaces that embody healing, education, advocacy, and research. Her passion lies in creating spaces that create change by providing tools, resources, healing, and mentorship. Janne’ is a graduate of Tuskegee University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Additionally, Janne’ is certified in mental health first aid, suicide prevention, youth development, and various project management curriculums.
