Jeetender has over 16 years of experience in the social sector. Throughout his career, he has worked with different partners to advance children’s rights —including protecting children from child labor and ensuring their right to education. He also worked with the Delhi Commission for the Protection of Child Rights to address domestic violence issues and support child survivors of sexual assault. He is passionate about empowering marginalized sectors of society. Jeetender has a master’s degree from Delhi University and his research for his doctoral degree focused on women’s participation in local governance. Additionally, he has been a Child Rights Research Fellow for five years.
