Jose is a Program Manager with the Community Health Service Association in Quetzaltenango. He is in charge of organizational relations and oversees their political advocacy efforts to improve the health, education, socio-economic status and quality of life for adolescent girls and young women, with a focus on youth leadership.  José has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of San Carlos.
