Director of Programmes, Inua Kike Community Based Organization

Joseph Allobbeh is a gender equality advocate with over nine years of experience in community empowerment. As Director of Programmes at Inua Kike, he leads community-based initiatives to expand access to education, SRHR, and safe spaces, particularly for women and girls with and without disabilities. He holds a bachelor’s in Business and Management Sciences and is pursuing an MSc in Global Health at the University of Manchester. Joseph’s work is grounded in social justice, resilience-building, and empowering marginalized communities to lead with dignity and strength.
