CEO, Restorative Justice Centre

Kagiso Segage is a transformational leader with experience in nonprofit leadership, public engagement, and advocacy, particularly in addressing gender-based violence and advancing community empowerment. She serves as CEO of the Restorative Justice Centre, where she leads strategic initiatives that promote justice and social change. Kagiso’s commitment to social justice is informed by her experience leading debate and mentorship programs for high school learners in Mamelodi, where she used the Sustainable Development Goals and sexual and reproductive health education to empower young people. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Political Science and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree. Kagiso is a Distinguished Toastmaster and an active member of Rotary International.
