Katie Hasson, Ph.D., writes, speaks, researches, and teaches about the social and political aspects of human genetic and reproductive technologies as the Program Director on Genetic Justice at the Center for Genetics and Society. She earned a PhD in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and was previously an assistant professor of sociology and gender studies at the University of Southern California.
