Programme Coordinator, Doosra Dashak, Foundation for Education and Development

Kavita Dhameja is a Programme Coordinator at Doosra Dashak, a project of the Foundation for Education and Development (FED) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She focuses on building leadership and voice among youth in underserved and marginalized communities.

Kavita believes that everyone – regardless of gender or background – deserves access to rights, health, education, and opportunity. Through her work, she strives to remove barriers and uplift the voices of those most excluded, ensuring dignity and fairness for all.

She holds a postgraduate degree in English literature and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), and continues to champion inclusive, community-based approaches to empowerment and gender equity.
